Three new team members will join the JKF staff in 2025, enabling an exciting growth in the programs the Foundation offers to support young people.

Katie Hasleby will join the team in the role of Program Coordinator, in Geraldton. A very experienced youth sport coach and administrator, Katie will be our key person overseeing and developing the work in the Midwest. We are looking forward to Katie taking our programs in the Midwest forward and she will start on the 20th January.
Mikayla Draper will be joining the JKF team as the Youth and Programs Worker in Kalbarri. A Kalbarri local, Mikayla is fun and enthusiastic, relates well to young people and is respected in town. She will start in the role on the 13th January next year. As Youth and Programs Manager in Kalbarri, Mikayla will connect with young people in town, run a variety of programs and activities and workshops to support young people's well-being, mental health and resilience. In partnership with the Kalbarri Development Association, Mikayla will support and work in the Youth Spaces Initiative.
Jayden Schofield will join us as a casual Youth and Programs Worker, beginning with our Summer Footy program in February. An experienced footballer and coach, we look forward to Jayden developing his program skills and mentoring with young people.
